Job Summary

The Parts Driver is responsible for supporting the Parts Department by transporting automotive parts and supplies throughout the service bays, storage areas, vendors, and customers in a timely and efficient manner.

This role is central to the smooth operation of the service and parts departments by maintaining accurate deliveries, pickups, and stock replenishment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering automotive parts, tools, and equipment to technicians and other parts of the service department as needed
  • Maintain inventory organization by stocking shelves and organizing parts bins
  • Assist with unloading and receiving deliveries and checking parts against invoices for accuracy
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts department
  • Support the Parts and Service Departments with locating and retrieving required parts
  • Dispose of used parts and packaging in accordance with dealership and environmental guidelines.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the Parts Manager, including but not limited to external location deliveries

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid G Driver's licence with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
  • Previous automotive or dealership experience is an asset
