Job Description:

We are seeking a Sr Manager, Enterprise Transformation to drive cross-functional initiatives that accelerate IMAX's strategic evolution. In this highly visible role, you will partner with senior executives to design and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency, fuel growth, and leverage emerging technologies — especially AI — to create lasting competitive advantage. 
 
The ideal candidate combines strategic foresight with hands-on execution, has a passion for innovation, and a track record of delivering measurable business impact. 

What you'll be doing:

• Champion the integration of AI-driven solutions across business functions, partnering with product, technology, and business leaders to identify high-value opportunities and ensure successful deployment. 

• Lead multiple high-impact transformation programs spanning technology, operations, and strategy, while establishing clear objectives, success metrics, and execution frameworks to ensure timely delivery. 

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by providing insights, recommendations, and regular updates on program progress, outcomes, and strategic implications. 

• Drive organizational alignment through thoughtful change management strategies, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a culture of continuous improvement across IMAX. 

What we're looking for:

• Significant experience in enterprise transformation, strategy, change management, project management or management consulting. 

• Prior exposure to digital transformation; media, entertainment, or technology experience preferred. 

• Strong proficiency with AI concepts and applications; experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools a plus. 

• Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights and calculate ROI. 

• Demonstrated success in influencing senior executives and managing high-stakes, cross-functional initiatives. 

• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills; comfortable in highly visible roles. 

• Curiosity and passion for IMAX, the entertainment industry, and emerging technologies shaping the future.
