Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while serving high-quality drinks and providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle cash transactions will be crucial in ensuring a smooth operation.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
  • Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
