Shift:
100% Onsite

Pay Rate:
CAD $25.00 – $28.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:


• Install, inspect, test, repair, and maintain industrial and building equipment, focusing on electrical and electronic systems.


• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.


• Design, build, assemble, and install electrical controls and systems, including preventive maintenance per TPM schedules.


• Maintain service equipment, tools, and spare parts inventory.


• Support the quality department by performing functional tests and mechanical inspections before product shipment.


• Coordinate contractor work permits, provide safety training, and assist with machinery movement and shop floor layout activities.

Requirements:


• High School Diploma or GED required.


• Minimum 2 years of general maintenance experience.


• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.


• Must reside within an 80 km radius of Milton (no relocation offered).


• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Preferred:

442A or 309A License, forklift experience, and knowledge of fabrication/production machinery, HVAC systems, and air compressor systems.

Position Criteria:


• Ability to read mechanical blueprints/drawings and wiring schematics.


• Skilled with measurement tools, hand tools, and troubleshooting.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office.


• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with production and office staff.
