  • Solid understanding of SuperMetrics, GA4, and pixel-based tracking
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into a performance-focused strategy
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable discussing results and recommendations in client-facing scenarios
  • A proactive mindset with strong time management and attention to detail
  • Proven success in delivering measurable ROI through paid advertising
  • Passion for continued learning and evolving digital marketing skills

About CAYK

CAYK is a second-generation marketing and advertising agency built on thirty years of real execution. We've grown by staying curious, staying hungry, and staying focused on one thing: results that matter. Our team is comprised of individuals who strive to build something meaningful and consistently strive for better outcomes every month.

We take growth seriously, both for our clients and for the people who work here. If you're driven, you'll fit right in. If you want to get better every quarter, you'll have the support and leadership to make it happen.

Inside the office, we keep things real. We collaborate fast, we solve problems together, and yes, we probably snack more than we should. We're dog-friendly, we laugh a lot, and we hold a high bar for performance because we know where we're going and we want the right people on that path with us.

If you want to do work that has impact, learn from a team that cares, and be part of an agency that is growing with purpose, this is where you belong.
