Consultex provides preventative maintenance services through a monthly membership model, helping property owners and businesses save time, reduce costs, and stay ahead of repairs. We're a growing, service-driven company focused on building long-term client relationships and scalable systems that deliver consistency and trust.

The Opportunity:

We're looking for a Managing Partner to help lead Consultex into its next stage of growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who's entrepreneurial, strategic, and ready to help scale a service-based business from strong foundations into regional expansion.

This position includes a small base salary plus equity/profit-sharing for the right long-term partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain contractor relationships across multiple service areas
  • Drive client acquisition and oversee sales growth initiatives
  • Delegate and manage day-to-day operational tasks and team workflows
  • Develop and execute expansion strategies in new markets
  • Represent the Consultex brand with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or operations management (service industry preferred)
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience managing or building service-based teams or businesses
  • Motivated by ownership, growth, and long-term value creation

Compensation:

  • Competitive base pay + equity/profit-sharing
