CAPCRETE requires full time Junior Estimator with a good understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and quantitative analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review drawings, specs, and site conditions.
  • Measure and calculate materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Source pricing, apply overhead, and create cost breakdowns.
  • Compile compliant bids and proposals.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and maintain vendor database.
  • Maintain records, prepare reports, and track bid outcomes.
  • Clarify scope and pricing with clients and team.
  • Suggest cost-effective alternatives.
  • Support project handover with cost data and scope clarification.

Compensation:

  • Hourly Rate: $22 – $25 depending on experience.

Requirement

  • A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related field is preferred.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in Canada.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Blue Beam, MS Project.
  • G License and owns a car.
  • WHIMS & WAH Certificates

Job Type: Full-time
