Now Hiring: Cleaning Staff (Short-Term Rentals) – Mississauga & Surrounding Areas

Join our friendly cleaning team We are a busy short-term rental business (Airbnb and vacation rental properties) seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to help keep our properties spotless for guests. This is a great opportunity if you want flexible hours and a positive work environment. Experience cleaning Airbnbs is preferred.

Position Highlights:

  • Flexible Scheduling: Part-time and full-time positions available. Weekend availability required.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable car required to travel between properties in Mississauga and surrounding areas.
  • All Supplies Provided: We supply all cleaning products and equipment, so you can focus on doing a great job.
  • Training Provided: No prior cleaning experience needed – we provide full training. (Experience cleaning Airbnbs is preferred.)

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare short-term rental properties (Airbnb, vacation homes) to high standards, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
  • Follow checklists to ensure each unit is guest-ready and beautifully clean.
  • Communicate any maintenance or repair needs you notice.
  • Work independently and manage your time efficiently to complete tasks on schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (car required).
  • Availability to work weekends (essential) and flexibility in scheduling.
  • Strong attention to detail and a reliable, hard-working attitude.
  • Positive and friendly demeanor; ability to work well in a team.
  • Previous cleaning or hospitality experience is perferred.
