Job Summary:

The
Recruiter
(Bilingual - English/French) will manage
high-volume recruitment
for the organization's
Call Centre and customer-facing roles
. This position requires a proactive, service-oriented professional who can deliver top talent quickly while ensuring a seamless
candidate and hiring manager experience
. You'll act as a
Talent Advisor
, managing the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer, leveraging your bilingual communication skills and ATS proficiency to support large-scale hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer:

  • Serve as a
    Talent Advisor
    for a defined business portfolio, providing recruitment strategy, market insights, and guidance.
  • Manage
    high-volume recruitment
    cycles efficiently, ensuring compliance with internal processes and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines to meet ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Create and maintain job postings and candidate communications through the
    enterprise ATS
    .
  • Conduct
    bilingual (English/French)
    candidate screening and deliver qualified shortlists to hiring managers.
  • Partner with HR, business leaders, and Talent Acquisition teams to deliver exceptional recruitment experiences.
  • Manage
    advertising campaigns
    , social media postings, and recruitment event participation.

Shareholder:

  • Track and report recruitment activity, ensuring data accuracy in the
    ATS and HR systems
    .
  • Conduct research and generate insights to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Maintain strict
    confidentiality
    and compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Support continuous improvement projects and special recruitment initiatives.

Employee/Team:

  • Collaborate with colleagues across HR to share best practices and optimize talent acquisition outcomes.
  • Promote a
    positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture
    .
  • Support internal training and cross-functional initiatives.

Required Experience:

  • 0-2 years
    of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination.
  • At least
    1 year of high-volume recruitment experience
    .
  • Proficiency with
    Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
    and
    Microsoft Office Suite
    .
  • Fully
    bilingual in English and French
    (verbal and written).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
