Job Summary:
The
Recruiter
(Bilingual - English/French) will manage
high-volume recruitment
for the organization's
Call Centre and customer-facing roles
. This position requires a proactive, service-oriented professional who can deliver top talent quickly while ensuring a seamless
candidate and hiring manager experience
. You'll act as a
Talent Advisor
, managing the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer, leveraging your bilingual communication skills and ATS proficiency to support large-scale hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer:
- Serve as a
Talent Advisor
for a defined business portfolio, providing recruitment strategy, market insights, and guidance. - Manage
high-volume recruitment
cycles efficiently, ensuring compliance with internal processes and best practices. - Develop and maintain candidate pipelines to meet ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Create and maintain job postings and candidate communications through the
enterprise ATS
. - Conduct
bilingual (English/French)
candidate screening and deliver qualified shortlists to hiring managers. - Partner with HR, business leaders, and Talent Acquisition teams to deliver exceptional recruitment experiences.
- Manage
advertising campaigns
, social media postings, and recruitment event participation.
Shareholder:
- Track and report recruitment activity, ensuring data accuracy in the
ATS and HR systems
. - Conduct research and generate insights to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Maintain strict
confidentiality
and compliance with internal and external regulations. - Support continuous improvement projects and special recruitment initiatives.
Employee/Team:
- Collaborate with colleagues across HR to share best practices and optimize talent acquisition outcomes.
- Promote a
positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture
. - Support internal training and cross-functional initiatives.
Required Experience:
- 0-2 years
of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination. - At least
1 year of high-volume recruitment experience
. - Proficiency with
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
and
Microsoft Office Suite
. - Fully
bilingual in English and French
(verbal and written). - Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Experience with
Workday Recruiting
. - Background in
banking, financial services

or employer branding.
