We're looking for a motivated, articulate, and emotionally intelligent communicator to join our team as a Hybrid Cold Caller & Discovery Call Taker.

This person will be the first point of contact for new leads — handling outbound cold calls to prospective clients as well as inbound discovery calls with business owners who've already shown interest in our services.

Your mission is to build rapport quickly, qualify prospects, and guide them to the next step in our sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling & Lead Outreach

  • Call prospects from pre-qualified lead lists (business owners, clinic owners, etc.).
  • Deliver confident, friendly introductions about our agency's offer and services.
  • Follow a proven script while personalizing your approach based on prospect tone and interest.
  • Record notes, objections, and outcomes in our CRM.
  • Re-engage warm leads through follow-ups and SMS/email touchpoints.

Discovery Call Handling

  • Take inbound or scheduled "discovery" calls from leads generated via ads or landing pages.
  • Ask smart qualifying questions to assess fit, budget, and goals.
  • Communicate our value proposition clearly and professionally.
  • Book qualified leads into strategy sessions or demos with the sales closer.
  • Maintain accurate appointment records and update CRM systems.

Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Keep all interactions, call notes, and statuses updated daily.
  • Tag and categorize leads according to funnel stage and interest level.
  • Track KPIs such as call volume, connection rate, appointment rate, and show-up rate.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills — both verbal and written.
  • Prior experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales preferred.
  • Comfortable handling objections and keeping a calm, positive tone under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy and confident using CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.) and phone systems (Aircall, Dialpad, etc.).
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and consistency.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to adapt tone to different personalities.

Pay: $46,970.41-$95,000.00 per year
