Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse guest base effectively.

Key Duties

  • Welcome and register arriving guests with professional service
  • Manage booking systems, room assignments, and guest accounts
  • Respond to telephone inquiries and handle correspondence
  • Resolve guest concerns with effective problem-solving skills
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • Share knowledge of local amenities and motel services
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Keep reception area tidy and well-organized. Handle administrative duties such as record keeping and reporting
  • Protect guest privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Perform housekeeping duties: room preparation, bed making, linen replacement, floor care, restroom sanitization, glass cleaning, and restocking amenities
  • Assist housekeeping team with laundry operations and supply management
  • Maintain exterior areas including parking facilities and common spaces

Qualifications

  • Previous hospitality or customer service background preferred
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software
  • Must be available for all scheduled shifts and training sessions
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
