Role: Door-to-Door Sales Representative (Exterior Cleaning)

Role Overview Canvass residential neighbourhoods to identify customer needs and close sales for window and pressure washing services. Engage directly with homeowners to present service packages and generate revenue.

Note: This is a performance-based role requiring resilience, high energy, and "hunger" for results.

Requirements

  • Confident communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.
  • Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection and keep moving.
  • Physically able to walk and stand for extended periods outdoors (6-8 hours).
  • Available to work weekday afternoons/evenings and mandatory Saturdays.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a proven sales process and script.
  • Access to reliable transportation to reach assigned territories in Halton Hills/Milton.

Key Duties

  • Knock residential doors in assigned territories to generate leads and sales.
  • Deliver a clear, friendly sales pitch for window cleaning and pressure washing.
  • Present pricing and service packages confidently to homeowners.
  • Handle objections professionally and close sales on the spot for immediate booking.
  • Log every interaction, lead, and sale accurately into the Jobber CRM app.
  • Book on-site estimates for larger landscaping or maintenance projects.
  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings and weekly coaching sessions.
  • Represent the Lawn & Ladder brand with high energy and integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $17.75-$47.24 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
