Network Engineer (Cloud & Data Center)
Canada – Remote
Fulltime
Job Summary:
You're stepping into the role of Network Engineer, responsible for managing and improving clients on-prem and cloud networking environments. This includes handling automation, IPAM/DCIM, security, and connectivity across our data centers and AWS footprint.
You'll be working closely with engineering, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure the network is stable, secure, and scalable.
Here's some of the preferred experiences..
Arista Environment
Core of our data centers is built on Arista routers and top-of-rack switches, forming a leaf-spine architecture.
Firewalls (Fortinet)
In-band firewalls secure internal and external flows. Policies cover segmentation, VPN tunnels, and external access.
Backbone Circuits
Provides high-capacity interconnects between DCs and core infrastructure. Managed for redundancy and resiliency.
Transit & Peering Circuits
External ISP and peering connections ensuring reliable Internet access and external routing paths.
Automation - Terraform, Puppet, Ansible.
Monitoring - PRTG, Zabbix
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,816.12-$135,345.65 per year
