TTI Electric is building a dynamic pool of qualified electricians to support upcoming projects across Victoria, BC. Whether you're just starting your career or you're a seasoned Red Seal Journeyperson, we want to hear from you. Who are we? At TTI, we are trusted electrical contractor based in Victoria, BC, specializing in both residential and commercial services. Ranging from new construction, renovations and service, both in commercial and residential, we deliver high-quality work that meets the highest standards of safety and performance. Fully insured and bonded, TTI Electric is committed to excellence, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

We're hiring for roles at all levels:

  • Apprentice Electricians
  • Level 1 - 3 Electricians
  • Red Seal Journeypersons

What We Offer:

Competitive Wages:

  • Apprentice: $20 - 25/hr
  • Level 1–3: $28–$38/hr
  • Journeyperson: $38–$50/hr

What We're Looking For:

  • Valid BC electrical certification or active apprenticeship enrollment
  • Safety-focused mindset and willingness to work in a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Availability for future work in the Greater Victoria area
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are strongly preferred.
