National Air Technologies, located at th Street, Surrey, BC, V4N 5L8 is currently recruiting an Aerial Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. We are a commercial (HVAC & Duct Cleaning) and strata (Dryer Vent Cleaning) company.

The ideal candidate will be dedicated, honest, self-motivated, with excellent customer service and a strong work ethic. Experience cleaning HVAC systems and dryer vents is mandatory.

The wage is $36.60/hour working 40 hours per week. This is a full-time, year-round position. Cost shared benefits, including extended health and dental benefits, are available after three (3) months of employment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and co-ordinate crews of cleaning technicians and laborers
  • Clean HVAC & Duct systems for strata and commercial customers utilizing various hand tools, air tools, vacuums, negative air machines and Genie S-65 Aerial Boom Lifts
  • Inspect sites to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met
  • Ensure crew members wear personal protective when required (hard hats, gloves, safety vests, ear plugs, safety glasses)
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services required such as repair work and/or equipment upgrades
  • Ensure quality of work meets or exceeds company standards
  • Train and on-site supervision of cleaning technicians
  • Receive payment for Inside dryer vent cleaning jobs

Requirements

  • Must have 1 – 2 years of previous experience cleaning HVAC & Ducting and dryer vents.
  • Certifications required: Fall Protection, Ladder Safety, Confine Space, HVAC Lockout, Respirator Protection and Aerial Boom Lift Genie S-65
  • Ability to work in confined, dusty spaces
  • Ability to work safely and comfortably off a ladder (32 – 40 foot ladders)
  • Ability to work safely and comfortably on flat and pitched roofs (under Fall Protection)
  • Valid BC class 5 driver's license
  • Ability to use basic hand tools, drills and air tools
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
  • Must have strong communication skills and customer service skills
  • Experience using a Genie S-65
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36.60 per hour
