Sylvite is seeking a motivated General Labourer for our Nu-Tec division in Putnam. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, helping ensure fertilizers and specialty landscape products are prepared, handled, and delivered efficiently to support our customers across North America.

About the Role

  • Assemble and package Sylvite's specialty products, ensuring high-quality finished goods for the turf and ice-melt markets.
  • Load and unload fertilizer and other supplies safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and surrounding areas.
  • Support team members with daily operations as needed.
  • Follow safety guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock control activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Comfortable performing physical tasks and lifting heavy items.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
  • Team-oriented with effective communication skills.
  • Previous experience in warehouse, agriculture, or labor roles is a plus but not required.
  • Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders.
  • Highly detail-focused, particularly when helping with custom product blending.
