BinSentry is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our platform infrastructure and internal tooling ecosystem. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, customer success, and sales, to deliver robust platform capabilities and efficient internal tools that empower our teams and support business growth. We are looking for an individual with a strong focus on system design, data analysis, and operational excellence, who can adapt to diverse technical and business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with all departments to understand tooling requirements and ensure platform capabilities align with organizational objectives.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews with internal teams and partner with engineering leadership to translate operational needs into platform features and tooling solutions.
- Manage the internal tools roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, technical debt reduction, operational efficiency, and team productivity.
- Work closely with engineering and operations teams to deliver scalable platform solutions and productivity-enhancing internal tools.
- Analyze platform performance metrics and internal tool usage data to evaluate effectiveness, identify optimization opportunities, and inform infrastructure and tooling investments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a product-focused role, with a preference for platform, infrastructure, or internal tools experience. - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience facilitating technical discussions and gathering requirements with engineering teams.
- Team player with a positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications (Assets)
- Experience with field service management, ERP, accounting, and sales management software.
- Experience with B2B SaaS platforms or internal tooling development.
