Haliburton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram LTD. is looking for a DRIVEN, dynamic, team player to lead our new team as a Service Manager. We're looking for a positive leader who is committed to the development and growth of our Service team. Mentoring, coaching, and assisting the team in setting and meeting goals as well as creating the best buying experience for our clients are key functions of this role.

If you are an experienced Service Manager with at least 2 years of New or Used Service Management, are driven to performance excellence, and looking to lead a winning team, this is the place for you. As a key leader at the dealership, you will:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the service department.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate a team of service advisors and technicians.
  • Monitor shop workflow, scheduling, and productivity to maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through timely and quality service.
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally and effectively.
  • Work closely with the parts and sales departments to support overall dealership performance.
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards, OEM requirements, and internal policies.
  • Track service KPIs, manage budgets, and prepare performance reports.
  • CSI (CX) volume levels for sales monthly

Some of your key attributes will include:

  • Previous experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager in a dealership or automotive repair setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of automotive repair processes and customer service principles.
  • Knowledge of PBS/Dealer Management Systems or similar platforms is an asset.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Passion for the automotive industry and commitment to team success.
