The Opportunity Ahead
We have an exciting opportunity to hire a Senior Specialist I Service Parts Planning. The successful candidate will be accountable for processing No Charge Part (NCP) order requests and process improving activities as it relates to no charge parts. In addition, you will handle all aspects of the Returns process, including verification of return requests, audit physical returns from Authorized Service Centre (ASC) for accuracy against documentation, submit completed documentation to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, management, and communicate analysis with documentation results.
Where Expertise meets Execution:
- Process NCP (No Charge Parts); with self-replacement or installation by customers (or dealers) for their convenience with NCP instead of traditional repair.
- Monitor service parts inventory levels and coordinate with Parts Depot to place purchase orders as necessary to keep optimized stock level
- Minimize parts back orders
- Communicate with Contact Center/Dealer, Parts Depot and HQ on parts related to issues
- Perform supply and analysis based on historical/statistical parts trends/data
- Monitor and coordinate to maintain NCP applicable parts stock
- Work with Contact Center/Dealers to supply parts to customers
- Identify and communicate supply constraints with Contact Center/Technical support team in a timely manner and coordinate to supply parts in need
- Maintain and update NCP applicable parts list to determine NCP eligible parts through HQ guide
- Manage and plan EOL (end of life) NCP parts requirements to support demand
- Review daily parts orders and process it for NCP ticket through SAP
- Daily Communication with Vendors Depot, 3PL and internal Team for supply and delivery
- Manage/update service parts KPI and generate analysis NCP Status report
- Monitor service parts inventory levels and collaborate with GPCA to place purchase orders and reallocation to Warehouse where in stock
- Respond to inquiries related to returns, including credit issuance and tracking.
- Validate and process return requests to issue credits to service centers in a timely manner.
- Handle claims with carriers (e.g. UPS/DSV) for damaged or lost parts shipments.
- Generate reports for NCP, parts backorders, for service parts operation
What We're Looking For:
- 2-3 years' working experience in Supply Chain Management
- Diploma or Degree from recognized college or university in Supply Chain Management
- Bilingual (English/Korean) is an asset
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and time management
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point & Word
- Knowledge of SAP (ERP, BI, etc.)
