Role Overview

Join the Branch Channels Technology team to help modernize branch technology platforms. As a Senior Developer, you'll work in agile, cross-functional pods to build high-quality software using
.NET and WinForms
as your core toolkit. Experience with
Spring Boot or
for API development is a plus. This role is hands-on: you'll develop scalable, cloud-native applications, transform legacy systems, and collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet enterprise architecture and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications with
    .NET, C#, WinForms, and WPF
  • Build and implement APIs using

  • Contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of agile ceremonies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful technology solutions

    environments
  • Ensure code quality through unit tests, code reviews, and adherence to best practices

Qualifications

  • 5+ years
    of software development experience
  • Strong expertise in
    .NET, C#, WinForms, and WPF
  • Experience developing APIs with
    Spring Boot
    or
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as
    AWS
    and containerization via
    OpenShift
  • Understanding of
    Microservices
    and
    Microfrontend
    architectures
  • Experience applying
    Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
  • Knowledge of agile frameworks like
    Scrum
    or
    SAFe
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with
    OpenTelemetry
    and integrating with
    Dynatrace
    for observability
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
