We're looking for a
Senior Graphic Designer
to elevate Stubbe's visual presence and bring our brand to life across every touchpoint — from digital campaigns and print materials to video and social media.

The
Senior Graphic Designer
will act as Stubbe's creative lead, responsible for producing professional, brand-aligned visuals that communicate our expertise, people, and projects. You'll collaborate with our marketing strategist, content team, and business units to create visually cohesive campaigns that strengthen Stubbe's brand and support growth across all divisions.

Experience in real estate development marketing, particularly rental apartment communities, will be considered a major asset — as you'll help visualize and promote our residential developments, lifestyle amenities, and construction innovations in compelling, people-focused ways.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Lead the design of marketing materials across print, digital, and video platforms — including brochures, social media graphics, case studies, signage, and ads.
  • Maintain and evolve Stubbe's brand standards, ensuring consistent application across internal and external materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing strategist and content team to create cohesive campaigns for Stubbe's divisions (Precast, Cement, Ready-Mix, Developments, Careers, and more).
  • Develop story-driven visuals that highlight Stubbe's people, projects, and innovation.
  • Edit and produce videos or motion graphics for social media and promotional use.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to turn complex or technical information into clear, engaging visuals.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house).
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects).
  • Strong background in branding, typography, and layout design.
  • Experience in real estate development and rental apartment marketing is a significant asset.
  • Video editing and motion graphics expertise.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead creative direction.
  • Bonus: Photography, animation, or 3D rendering experience.
