Duration: 15 Month Contract

Pay: $50- $70/ hour ($78,000 - $109,200 est. gross annual pay, based on 30 hours a week) - commensurate with experience

Our client in Regina, SK is looking for an experienced Collaboration & Mobility Analysts for an initial 15-month contract, to start. This is an onsite role with a fantastic hybrid work schedule, as such, the successful candidate(s) must be currently residing in the Regina area or be willing to relocate to the area for the duration of the contract.

Requirements:

  • Must have a recognized Bachelor's Degree or Technical Diploma in computer science, information systems, engineering, other related discipline; or ten (10) years related industry experience.
  • Microsoft Exchange Online Administration
  • Experience with Cisco ESA (Email Security Appliance)
  • Experience with DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) & Sender Policy Framework (SPF)
  • Messaging Policies and Transport Rules
  • Messaging and Collaboration Technologies
  • Microsoft Teams Administration
  • VMware WorkSpaceOne Administration (Apple & iOS) in an enterprise environment
  • Mobile device hardware and software technical (Apple & iOS) support experience in an enterprise environment
  • Experience with Mobile Application Management (MAM) Policies (managing, creating, updating)
  • Knowledge and experience with Active Directory and Windows OS
  • Certificate maintenance, management & renewal

What you will be doing:

  • The Collaboration & Mobility Services team provides second level support, maintenance, and planning for Messaging, Collaboration and Mobile Device Management as well as resourcing for ongoing projects supporting the infrastructure.
  • The Collaboration & Mobility Services supports Enterprise e-mail, Microsoft Teams for workspace chat & videoconferencing, including mobile device management.
  • Our clients email infrastructure is based on Microsoft Exchange Online, with Cisco Email Security Appliances. Their Mobile Device Management infrastructure is based VMWare WorkspaceOne managing 900 mobile iOS endpoints.
  • The over-all team consists of multi-vendor contract resources operating in a pool concept where resources are utilized across varying projects and operational areas based on skills and abilities, with a goal of providing the most efficient and effective support to the business.

Our client is looking for two (2) experienced Collaboration and Mobility Analysts to work in our Collaboration Services Team. This team is primarily responsible for supporting & administering the following Technologies:

Microsoft Exchange Online,

Cisco E-mail Security Appliance,

Messaging Policies & Transport Rules,

Microsoft Teams Administration,

VMware WorkSpaceOne Administration (Apple & iOS).

These individuals will also be responsible for researching and providing recommendations on technical solutions as they relate to Mobile Device Management, Messaging and Collaboration technologies
