Secure Courier / Government Delivery Driver

Location: Ottawa, ON

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00–$32.00 per hour (depending on experience and clearance)

OWL Logistics is looking for dedicated and professional drivers to join our Secure Courier team. This role supports daily deliveries between federal government sites in Ottawa. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, are highly reliable, and can be trusted with sensitive and confidential materials.

Job Responsibilities

  • Complete scheduled deliveries between designated government locations
  • Handle classified documents and secure cases with care and accuracy
  • Follow federal security standards and chain-of-custody procedures
  • Operate company SUVs and cargo vans safely
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude with clients and colleagues
  • Ensure compliance with OWL Logistics' high safety and reliability standards

Requirements

  • Valid SECRET (Level II) security clearance
  • Valid G driver's licence
  • Clean driving abstract
  • Ability to lift 25–30 lbs
  • Strong knowledge of Ottawa roads
  • Excellent reliability, discretion, and professionalism
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English

Assets

  • Previous government, military, Commissionaires, or courier experience
  • Experience handling secure or sensitive materials

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • No evenings, weekends, or peak-season fluctuations
