Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. This role is crucial in upholding our standards of hospitality and cleanliness, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring all spaces are tidy and well-maintained.
  • Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish toiletries as needed.
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
  • Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate equipment.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner.

Skills

  • Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in hospitality or industrial settings.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
