Your Commitment
As our Crane Technician, you will inspect, analyze, repair, and troubleshoot industrial equipment. You will adhere to all safety policies and provide strong leadership within our team. You are by nature, a problem solver, and you have focus, drive, and pay attention to small details.
What Your Day, Week, Month, and Year Includes:
- Repairing heavy equipment, electrical control circuits, equipment modifications.
- Replacing motors and gears.
- Properly record and maintain work orders, noting problems or unusual situations encountered during repairs.
- Adhere to safety guidelines.
- Maintain tools and equipment and keep work area clean and functional.
- Remotely assist clients on troubleshooting equipment based on standard operating procedures and technical manuals.
- Ability to work overtime for critical jobs.
Must Have:
- Proven work experience as a Crane Technician or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in reading electrical schematics and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment independently.
- Comfort level with working at heights.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Client-facing and teamwork skills.
- Blueprint reading.
- Driver's license.
- Driver's Abstract.
Nice to Have:
- Welding or fabrication skills.
- Electrical and hydraulic experience.
- Experience with pulley systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42.00-$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week
