Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced person in the field of industrial sewing machinery that can help customers find the correct parts for their machinery , order and ship these parts, and manage the parts inventory. The ideal candidate will be someone who has deep knowledge and understanding of different types of sewing machinery, thier parts and processes in the sewing manufacturing field and is familiar and comfortable working with computers to comunicate, place orders and quote parts to customers.

Duties

  • Answer Inquiries by Email and phone.
  • enquire and price parts from multiple suppliers.
  • Track parts orders
  • Quote parts to customers
  • Enter parts orders
  • Box and ship parts orders /fill out courier details
  • Inventory organizing and management
  • invoicing
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and organization
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate machinery / parts orders
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock

Requirements

  • Experience in a sewing manufacturing or parts supplier role ( ideally both)
  • Good computer skills ( exel , email , suppiers pricing systems, billing software)
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with reading mechanical schematics and parts diagrams
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good Organizational skills for inventory management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
