Who are we looking for?

The Market Center Tech Trainer is an important role in the growth of the office. He/she will help new agents transition in smoothly, work with existing agents to utilize KW Technology and systems, work with office Leadership to support recruiting of new agents and will also drive tech training and general IT and tech support in the office.

They will support Leadership in recruiting top agents through sharing the value proposition of KW Technology and retaining top agents by training and engaging them in our various technology tools and systems. They are responsible for first level technical support to the associates and staff in the office.

We are looking for someone who is extremely tech savvy and has training in their background, a problem solver, a business consultant, someone who is highly assertive, passionate, and a people-oriented individual who operates with urgency.

This person has strong communication skills and naturally connects with others. They understand technology and will have a strong handle on our competitors' technology. They understand the unique value proposition of Keller Williams' technology and can effectively communicate the opportunity to any business owner.

They are learning-based leaders who embrace succeeding through others and are comfortable speaking to or training groups.

What will you do?

This is the 20% of the job

● Help manage onboarding of new agents and their first 90 days with Keller Williams

● Train the agents and staff on KW Technology

● Provide technical support for agents and staff as needed

● Manage general office marketing efforts including internal and public facing social media channels

You will also…

● Review vital signs reports – understand technology gaps – identify opportunities to build education and training calendar to support agents and staff on gaps

● Evaluate support requests – build education and training to support FAQs

● Train agents leveraging multiple delivery methods – evaluate training engagement based on tech adoption metric

● Know, understand, study, and effectively communicate all real estate technology – become an expert in Keller Cloud Technology and KW Command platforms

● Manage and publish monthly training calendar and drive attendance to these events

● Assist in organizing occasional office events like Christmas party, Awards gala, etc

● Attend weekly calls (as needed) with KWRI to learn new tech initiatives, build new information into office tech training calendar, and communicate gaps/challenges with technology

● Communicate tech updates during office meetings

● Attend all Regional (KW Canada) tech training meetings and calls

● Work with office Leadership team on recruiting and retention systems

Communication/Engagement

● Facilitate training in the office weekly

● Weekly update to Leadership on known bugs, issues, developments, and agent feedback

● Monthly update to associates re: tech updates via Team Meeting & social media

● Social media posts 2-3 times per week

● Weekly Regional tech and leadership calls

● Monthly Regional tech training masterminds

● Weekly meetings with agents in their first 90 days at KW

Knowledge/Skills

● Proven resume and track record of technology-based education and/or experience

● Performance based and goal driven

● Extraordinary people skills

● Problem-solving skills

● Business acumen and training experience

● An in-depth understanding of real estate technology

● Real estate knowledge, experience, and skill with emphasis on residential real estate is an asset but not a requirement

● Track record of success

● Mastery of the KW technology, or willingness to master the KW technology

● Marketing and design background including social media

● Comfortable training and speaking in front of groups

Compensation

Full time permanent position, typically 9:00 - 5:00 Monday to Friday with 90-day probation period. Pay range between $50, ,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. Shared health benefits are also available.
