*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Dining Room Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and possess strong leadership skills to oversee the dining room operations effectively. *Responsibilities* - Manage and supervise dining room staff to ensure exceptional customer service - Oversee daily dining room operations, including seating arrangements and customer flow - Train new staff on service standards, POS systems, and food safety protocols - Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally - Monitor inventory levels for dining room supplies and place orders as needed - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the dining area - Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing payroll *Qualifications* - Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality industry - Proficient in cash handling procedures and POS systems - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team - Knowledge of food handling, kitchen operations, and food safety standards - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Join our team as a Dining Room Supervisor and be part of a dynamic environment where your leadership skills will shine
