Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, polished, and welcoming Receptionist to join our Barrie location. As the first point of contact, you will play an essential role in delivering a premium client experience that reflects our brand's values of luxury, care, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet clients and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in a timely, courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing reception area.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage daily transaction reports.
  • Support aestheticians and the clinic manager with administrative tasks.
  • Educate clients about spa services, promotions, and skincare products.
  • Uphold bioSkinConcept's brand image through professional appearance and communication.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk coordinator (experience in a spa, salon, or medical aesthetics clinic preferred).
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Professional, polished appearance with a client-first attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient with booking and scheduling software.
  • Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and wellness is an asset.
