Job Description
Pacston Canada is on the hunt for Case Managers to work onsite in our North York office to manage global immigration cases. This position acts as the first point of contact and support for clients who require global immigration applications. The duty of this position is to instruct, assist and communicate with clients to prepare all documents required. We will provide an orientation and full training after onboarding. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are interested in the law / legal field, receiving training and exposure to the field of federal law and assisting in global talent migration.

Ideal applicants should be able to work 40 hours every week.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assign and edit technical/legal documents and letters based on internal materials
  • Revise documents according to internal specifications and client feedback
  • Reply to client messages in the case management system
  • Work on reference letter projects
  • Overtime might be needed to respond to clients' messages and finish client's projects on time
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent English writing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding client service skills
  • Proficients with G Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro
  • High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated professional demeanour
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills
  • Have a BA or MA degree
  • Speak a second language other than English
  • Relevant internship or work experience as assets
