Overview

We are seeking a Junior Fire Alarm Technician This role requires a keen eye for detail and the capability to work independently or as part of a team. The Alarm Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients by ensuring proper operation of fire alarm devices as well as portable extinguishers and emergency lighting units

Duties

  • Assist in Installation, configure, and maintain various types of fire alarm systems
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations and repairs.
  • Conduct routine inspections and testing of alarm systems to ensure functionality and compliance with safety standards.
  • Assist in Diagnosing issues with alarm systems and implement appropriate repairs or replacements.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and repairs performed.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to alarm system installation.
  • punctual and enthusiastic
  • Ability to learn in the workplace
  • attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Previous experience as an Alarm Technician or in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
