What We Need
Reporting to the Manager, Massage Therapy and Treatment, the
Team Lead
Esthetician
's main responsibility is to provide various body treatments, while providing additional support to the Esthetics team when required. The incumbent welcomes guests and performs services in accordance with established rituals. The Esthetician will recommend products used for treatments while ensuring excellent service and memorable guest experience.

What You'll Do

• Perform treatments (face, body, foot) according to established rituals;
• Actively contribute to the continued improvement of the customer experience by regularly offering suggestions and recommendations;
• Ensure the team is keeping clean and well-maintained work areas, especially the treatment rooms and the lounge; aligned with DPH
• Assign and ensure the efficient performance of side duties;
• Train new therapists aligned with protocol, create 3-month training schedule along with test
• Ensure sufficient stock of products & supplies while working with procurement
• Collaborate with management to build a supportive culture on the team
• Balance and maintain a fair and equal day to day treatment schedule
• Work with management to input schedules and room assignments
• Plan and facilitate Quartey 1:1 peer training
• Organize team outings
• Ensure consistency and high-quality service delivery for all team members
• Primary point of contact and leader for all estheticians
• Keep manuals, protocols, and training documents up to date
• Assist with administrative duties as requested

Profile needed

• Diploma from a recognized school of Esthetics;
• A minimum three (3) years of experience in beauty and body treatments;
• Knowledge or experience working with the latest esthetics techniques;
• Knowledge of the SpaBooker system, Microsoft Office, and computer systems, an asset
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, managers and other colleagues;
• Good physical condition: ability to work in a standing position for long period of time, ability to reach and bend.

You will work a varying schedule which requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays.
