Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in St. Catharines, ON. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, recommending suitable products or services, and closing sales. Daily tasks include maintaining relationships with clients, handling inquiries, tracking sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Associate will also assist with inventory management and collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

  • Strong sales and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers
  • Proficient in customer relationship management and client retention strategies
  • Ability to perform market analysis and apply data-driven decision-making
  • Proven organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High levels of self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency with sales and inventory management tools or CRM software is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is advantageous
