The Global Community Programs Specialist will lead global community initiatives and connect customer stories to our broader marketing and communications strategy to increase engagement, build trust, and support business growth.How You'll Spend Your TimeLead virtual engagement programs (AMAs, Office Hours, Use Case Exchanges) within our HUB Community to foster peer-to-peer collaboration and highlight customer successConnect customer advocates with regional marketing needs such as case studies, speakers, awards, and reviews in order to build a scalable advocacy pipelineCurate and package customer stories and insights to inform both regional marketing and global communication strategiesCollaborate with global and regional stakeholders to align on customer storytelling, governance, and community program needsMeasure community engagement and advocacy impact to inform strategy and demonstrate influence on growth, pipeline, and retentionWhat Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You HavingPrior working experience in community management, customer advocacy programs, or communications roleProven success in designing and executing scalable community or advocacy programsIn-depth knowledge of stakeholder management and customer storytellingSincere interest in working both strategically and tacticallyA knack for working collaboratively with global teams and cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environmentBy enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best.
