Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of esthetic services including different types of facials ,and dermabrasion with precision and professionalism.
  • Administer laser treatments for skin rejuvenation, hair removal, and other cosmetic procedures utilizing state-of-the-art laser equipment.
  • Provide thorough consultations to assess clients' skin types, concerns, and aesthetic goals, recommending suitable treatments and skincare products.
  • Maintain detailed records of all treatments performed using salon software such as Jane or similar platforms to ensure accurate client histories.
  • Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and safety protocols in accordance with industry regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
  • Engage in retail sales by recommending skincare products, body care items, and treatment packages that meet clients' needs while driving revenue growth.
  • Educate clients on post-treatment care instructions to maximize results and promote ongoing skin health.
  • Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skill set and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere that encourages client loyalty and repeat visits.

Skills

  • Proven experience as an Esthetician or Laser Technician with a strong portfolio of performed treatments.
  • Expertise in esthetic laser treatments including hair removal, skin resurfacing, and pigmentation correction.
  • Knowledge of salon management software such as jane or similar platforms for scheduling and record keeping.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate treatment options clearly and confidently.
  • Experience with dermabrasion procedures for skin exfoliation and rejuvenation.
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices essential for maintaining a sterile environment in all treatments.
  • Additional skills such as barbering or cosmetology certifications are a plus but not required.
