, you'll be at the heart of delivering high-impact projects that connect, protect, and optimize power systems across Canada. You'll lead with purpose—ensuring safety, sustainability, and performance while collaborating with a passionate team of experts.

How You'll Make An Impact
- Lead service projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment
- Define project plans and allocate tasks across internal and external teams
- Monitor progress and provide performance feedback to drive results
- Oversee project financials including invoicing, cost control, and cash flow
- Identify and manage risks while capturing lessons learned
- Support procurement and supplier negotiations in collaboration with Supply Chain
- Act as the key contact for customers and escalate project issues when needed
- Ensure all activities comply with HSE policies and promote a safe work environment
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Minimum of 2+ years of project management experience, ideally in the energy sector
- Strong understanding of HV switchgear, power transformers, and substations
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English & French (mandatory)
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada

Vous gérerez des projets de service complexes, allant de l'appareillage de connexion haute tension à la modernisation des postes électriques, en veillant à ce que chaque jalon soit atteint avec précision et attention. Comment vous aurez un impact
- Diriger les projets de service, du lancement à la clôture, en veillant à l'harmonisation de la portée, du calendrier et du budget.
- Définir les plans de projet et répartir les tâches entre les équipes internes et externes
- Surveiller les progrès et fournir une rétroaction sur le rendement pour obtenir des résultats
- Superviser les aspects financiers des projets, y compris la facturation, le contrôle des coûts et le flux de trésorerie.
- Cerner et gérer les risques tout en tenant compte des leçons apprises
- Soutenir l'approvisionnement et les négociations avec les fournisseurs en collaboration avec la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
- Agir à titre de personne-ressource principale pour les clients et signaler les problèmes liés au projet aux échelons supérieurs, au besoin.
- S'assurer que toutes les activités sont conformes aux politiques SSE et promouvoir un environnement de travail sécuritaire
- Veiller au respect des règlements, procédures et lignes directrices externes et internes applicables.
Votre parcours
- Baccalauréat en génie
- Au moins 2 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets, idéalement dans le secteur de l'énergie.
- Excellente compréhension de l'appareillage de connexion haute tension, des transformateurs de puissance et des sous-stations.
- Maîtrise des outils et des méthodologies de gestion de projet
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en leadership.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais parlé et écrit et maîtrise du français (obligatoire).
- Le candidat doit déjà avoir une autorisation de travail qui lui permettrait de travailler pour Hitachi Energy au Canada.
