What will your typical day look like?Primary Duties:
- Provide operational support and feedback: help Process Leads and Program Leadership with day-to-day operational issues, proactively escalate when needed, and give constructive feedback to improve team performance.
- Advise on messaging and stakeholder communications: help craft presentation narratives and materials so decisions are clear and aligned to business outcomes.
- Plan and track projects: create timelines, milestones and metrics; keep leadership and stakeholders informed on status and risks.
- Support financial planning and analysis: analyze financial drivers, explain performance trends, and work with Finance and leadership to set goals and drive FP&A change initiatives.
- Manage delivery teams: oversee on‑shore and off‑shore resources that develop scripts, reports, and other deliverables, ensuring timely and quality output.
- Coordinate across teams: partner with Process Leads, Engagement Managers, ITS groups, Finance, and Talent to resolve issues, estimate work, and onboard resources.
- Own data and analytics for the team: design and manage data consolidation, build dashboards and analytical models, and deliver the metrics the team needs to run effectively.
- Produce and present clear materials: create executive-level PowerPoint decks, instructional guides, and regular reports that summarize resource, financial, and performance metrics.
- Run regular planning sessions: facilitate budget and resource planning meetings to surface workload needs and priorities across Run, Change, and Grow initiatives.
- Lead resource and staffing decisions: review current allocations, assign people to projects, and work with stakeholders to make sure the right skills are in the right places.

Enough about us, let's talk about youRequired:
- 7+ years supporting multiple software projects across IT roles, including coordination, delivery, or operations.
- 4+ years of hands‑on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including developing plans, forecasts, budgets, and providing analysis to support leadership decisions.
- Strong P&L and actuals analysis experience with the ability to explain performance drivers.
- Experience reviewing economic models and external research to assess impacts on future organizational performance.
- Practical cost‑center financial management experience.
- Proven ability to use data analytics to identify, prioritize, and quantify business challenges, risks, and opportunities.
- Experience building metrics, resource models, and budget models to support program decisions.
- Deep knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC), including Agile development and testing practices.
- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, troubleshooting, pivot tables, and data manipulation).
- Familiarity with SharePoint, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience managing or coordinating onshore/offshore teams and delivering work across multiple projects in a large matrix organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, analytical thinking, planning, and leadership skills.
- Effective management, technical aptitude, and remote collaboration skills.
- Comfortable conducting detailed technical and financial discussions directly with project/product management and senior stakeholders.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred:
- CBAP or CCBA certification is a plus.
- Experience with SAFe Agile practices.
- Experience with packaged software development.
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
