Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Gas Station Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the efficient operation of the gas station. Your primary duties will include assisting customers with fuel purchases, maintaining cleanliness, and managing cash transactions. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with fuel purchases and other services.
  • Operate fuel pumps and ensure proper dispensing of fuel.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing credit card payments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station premises, including restrooms, convenience store areas, and outdoor spaces.
  • Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure products are displayed attractively.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support for convenience store items.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Skills

  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
  • Organizational skills to maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
  • Experience in technical sales or technology sales is a plus.
  • Ability to conduct product demos effectively to enhance customer experience.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for better communication with diverse customers.
  • Proficient in cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy in transactions.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
