About the Role

We are seeking a
Front-End Software Engineer (Flutter)
to join a dynamic and innovative software company specializing in
construction
technology solutions. The organization has built a robust end-to-end platform that empowers construction firms to streamline critical operations—from financials and payroll to project management and job costing—available through both cloud and self-hosted deployments. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a platform positioned for major growth within the global construction software market.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and document new front-end features using Flutter.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and
• back-end developers.
• Develop and maintain shared packages used across multiple applications (some of
• which may be open source).
• Conduct systematic investigations and provide technical documentation and reports.
• Participate in peer code reviews to maintain high-quality coding standards.
• Explore innovative approaches to solve complex technical challenges.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture, performance, and user experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years
  of professional software development experience in one or more languages (Dart, Java, JavaScript, C/C++, C#, Swift, or Kotlin).
• Proven hands-on experience with Flutter
  and cross-platform app development.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, and front-end design fundamentals is an asset.
• Degree, diploma, or certification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a
• related field preferred.
• You'll work with
  Flutter 3.x/Dart
  in a modular,
  API
  -integrated environment with
  Git
  -based workflows,
  CI/CD
  pipelines, and modern state management (Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc).
• Must be available to work full-time in a hybrid environment.
• Candidates within approximately 200 km of the GTA are preferred.
