Senior Product Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to craft thoughtful, intuitive experiences across our Payments & Invoice platform. You'll help connect our suite of products into a cohesive, user-friendly ecosystem that builds trust and delivers delight to every customer interaction.

As part of our Product Development team, you'll play a key role in shaping the user experience—from research and prototyping to design strategy and mentorship—helping define how users connect payments to the broader Emburse product suite.

• • Design delightful experiences that make complex financial workflows intuitive and easy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and researchers to bring ideas to life.
• Connect products together to deliver seamless end-to-end invoice and payment experiences.
• Develop prototypes, mock-ups, and design documentation that translate seamlessly to engineering.
• Engage with customers to understand pain points and design for real-world needs.
• Drive design strategy using user personas, AI-assisted interactions, and modern design principles.
• Mentor and inspire junior designers through thoughtful feedback and design reviews.
• Contribute to and evolve our design systems, processes, and tools.

• • 7+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, ideally within SaaS or fintech environments.
• Proven ability to design cohesive digital experiences across multiple touchpoints.
• Expert knowledge of visual design (layout, color, typography, interaction) and leading design tools.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Experience conducting or collaborating on user research.
• A motivator, mentor, and cultural fit who values collaboration, empathy, and quality.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (Master's a plus).
