Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic work environment.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Perform general maintenance tasks as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision
- Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, providing assistance as required
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning discussions
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Basic knowledge of construction or labor-related tasks is preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
