Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your commitment to excellent customer service and attention to detail will ensure that every guest has an enjoyable experience.

Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of tea beverage and desserts according to established recipes and standards.

- Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and utensils.

- Assist customers with menu selections, providing recommendations based on their preferences.

- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe environment.

- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.

- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and support each other in daily tasks.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in cashiering or customer service is preferred but not required.

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is an asset.

- Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting while also being self-motivated.

- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and colleagues.

- A passion for coffee and the food industry is highly desirable, along with a willingness to learn new skills related to food service.
