Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant and kitchen experience, and a deep understanding of food safety and hospitality standards. As the Head Chef, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensure high-quality food preparation, and maintain a welcoming environment for both staff and guests. Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth daily operations

  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs effectively

  • Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events or menu changes
  • Serve as a role model for hospitality excellence by providing outstanding service standards

Skills

  • Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment including event catering
