Make an impact with our Technology team as Director, Program Management. This diverse team of professionals effectively drives change and successful outcomes while ensuring activities remain on track, in scope and within budget. As a trusted advisor, you will be a critical pillar in the leadership of our Solution Delivery team. You will be providing direct oversight and guidance to our Program Managers, driving complex initiatives, enabling team success, and partnering with business leaders to deliver high-value solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Support the future of solution delivery in a collaborative, enterprise environment. Play a key role in advancing our technology capabilities in alignment with the Firm's strategic goals
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Program Managers to deliver results through collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross functional IT teams to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals
- Champion best practices in solution delivery, program execution, and product lifecycle management
- Contribute to strategic planning and prioritization of the technology roadmap, ensuring strong business alignment and value delivery
Program Delivery Oversight
- Maintain comprehensive oversight across all program areas to anticipate outcomes and address potential challenges
- Establish and oversee practices to deliver executive-level reporting and KPIs to support effective decision-making
Team Development & Practice Leadership
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, problem solving, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Lead the ongoing development of team capabilities, supporting skill growth, career progression, and high performance
- Play a key role in shaping and advancing how the Solution Delivery function operates, contributing to the evolution of frameworks, processes, and best practices
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Serve as a senior liaison between IT and the business, building trusted relationships with executives across service lines and functional areas
- Act as a key escalation point to drive resolution through strong stakeholder engagement.
Skills And Experience
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with a strong track record in program management or product management
- Strong business acumen with the ability to engage and influence senior business stakeholders
- Proven track record leading high-performing teams and delivering complex, cross-functional programs in a large organization
- Familiarity with modern software development practices, Agile delivery methodologies, and technology lifecycle management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
