A growing Vaughan-based food manufacturing company is seeking a dynamic and spirited Sales Manager with a strong background in the food service industry. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, an established network with food industry head offices, and a proven track record in managing broker relationships. This individual will play a key role in managing and growing our sales efforts, working collaboratively with various departments, and ensuring continued success in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and execute sales strategies to exceed targets.

· Manage and support brokers to ensure strong market representation.

· Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with key accounts.

· Identify growth opportunities and develop data-driven market plans.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Management teams.

· Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

· Use SAP and analytics to track performance and forecast trends.

What You Bring:

· 10+ years of sales experience in the food service.

· Experience in retail is an asset.

· Proven success in regional or national sales leadership.

· Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

· Proficient in SAP or similar systems.

· A growth mindset and passion for achieving results.

· Ability to frequently travel within Canada as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
