Job Description:

The Wealth AI2 team is looking for a curious and talented Data Scientist II to join the Wealth Advice team.

Job Description:

The candidate will work closely with Advice business stakeholders to apply analytics to drive business value.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with Private Wealth Management to employ analytical models and frameworks that identify and prioritize client deepening opportunities and drive efficiency
  • Perform strategic analyses and build foundational analytical assets to transform client experiences and enhance value to the firm
  • Familiarity with casual inference and test and learn to support innovation and continuous optimization

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience with statistical techniques for data analysis, mature QA/QC practices, and be fluent in SQL, Python, PySpark. They must exhibit high self-accountability and proactivity for problem solving. Further, the candidate is client-centric and yet, can see the bigger picture, enabling them to work collaboratively within analytical functions and across functions.

Have Strong Business Acumen

  • Curious about how the business operates and able to use this understanding to frame analyses and recommendations

Have Strong Technical Competencies

  • Experience with a range of tools including SQL, python, pyspark and the Azure Databricks environment
  • Understand how data are generated across the organization and can consolidate disparate views
  • Detail-oriented with strong data and code validation practices through the systematic assurance of data integrity, and reviewing and debugging data pipelines; adherence to coding and QA/QC best practices
  • Experience with creating production ready data pipelines including building in related ongoing checks and automation/scheduling
  • Broad knowledge of and experience in descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytical approaches
