Job Description

Higgins Insurance, a part of Orbit Insurance Services is growing their service team within Atlantic Canada and we would love the opportunity to get to know you better.

What You'll Do:

As an Insurance Broker, you'll play a critical role in helping members navigate their automobile and property policies with confidence. Reporting to the Service Senior Manager, you'll provide expert guidance, assess risk, and ensure every interaction is smooth, efficient, and positive.

Qualifications

Let's Talk About You:

This is the unique blend of skills and experience we would love to see in an ideal candidate:

• Experience in personal lines, automobile and property insurance.
• Exceptional communication skills and the demonstrated ability to deal effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to handle customer issues in a pleasant and positive manner.
• Superior time management and organizational skills to handle competing priorities.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications and Epic.
