Currently Looking for a ProposalWriter/ Marketing Specialist. We have teamed up with a top tierGeneral Contractor who is looking to bring on board a Proposal Writer withmarketing experience. This would be a new role for our client and theindividual they choose will be starting up the marketing and proposal writing division.Along with marketing and proposal writing responsibilities, the ideal candidatewill also assist with office administration and some health and safety. Theideal candidate will have at least 4 year of marketing and proposal writingexperience with either a General Contractor, Consultant, and/ or an ArchitecturalFirm. Our client has been around since 1986 and they are in the secondgeneration of ownership. They have a family feel, do company outings once amonth and the bulk of their work is retail interiors as well as the Toronto airport.Some of their clients are Shoppers Drug Mart, Shopify, and Staples. Job Description Creating or managing social media and/or websitecontent. Designing flyers, posters, etc., using desktoppublishing software. Exceptional researcher and a persuasive writer. Proposal development and coordination. Sourcing, compiling, and editing proposalcontent. Show strong research skills into markets,sectors, competitors, and potential targets, with an ability to translateinformation into insight able to fuel winning sales strategies and compellingand tailored narratives. Provide coordination support to ensure timelyand high -quality submission of proposal responses and client presentations,including reviewing and assessing proposal requests and bid documents. Developing a recommended proposal responsestructure and assembling foundation content that addresses requirements. Convert and integrate technical content providedby various authors and subject matter experts into a cohesive, compelling, andwell -written narrative and proposal document that is aligned with win themes.
