- Analysis of the cytoskeleton by fixed cell fluorescent microscopy, confocal and high-resolution microscopy.
- Live cell imaging of cell and cytoskeletal dynamics coupled with quantitative computational image analysis.
- Molecular Biology strategies to generate recombinant protein and mutant mammalian cell lines.
- Protein purification using affinity chromatography and analysis of protein-protein interactions using standard binding assays and BLI.
- Designing, planning, and executing research projects.
- Reading published papers relevant to the experiments being performed and adapting procedures accordingly.
- Liaising with collaborators and assisting in the compilation, analysis, and reporting of research findings to researchers within and outside of the program.
