Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of food service management, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining efficient restaurant operations to promote a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant activities, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
  • Oversee staff training, development, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of hospitality and food quality.
  • Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all areas of the restaurant.
  • Overseeing customer service, and resolving any operational issues promptly.
  • Maintain excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production, quality control, and presentation standards.

Skills

  • Proven supervisor experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments.
  • Strong knowledge of food industry operations including food preparation, handling, and safety protocols.
  • Proficiency with POS systems ; cash handling expertise.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervision, and team management.
  • Ability to oversee kitchen , food production,
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
  • Effective communication skills for staff training & development as well as guest interactions.
  • Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food cost management.
  • Knowledge of culinary practices with some background in cooking or food handling preferred.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to supervise multiple priorities efficiently under pressure. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead a vibrant team while ensuring operational excellence in a dynamic restaurant setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
